How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the USA usually takes 7–15 business days after that.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us by email before sending anything back. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Products
Which paw cleaner size should I choose?
S for small dogs and cats, M for medium dogs, and L for large dogs. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
How do I clean the paw cleaner?
Just empty the water, rinse the cup and let it dry. The silicone insert is removable for a deeper clean.
