Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping to the USA is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the USA then takes 7–15 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking is included with every order. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship to Portugal and a number of other countries. Rates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please email us at support@getmuddypawsclub.com before sending anything back. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Which paw cleaner size should I choose?
S is for dogs under 20 lb and cats, M for dogs 20–50 lb, and L for dogs over 50 lb. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
How do I clean the paw cleaner?
Just empty the water, rinse the cup and let it dry. The silicone insert is removable for a deeper clean.
Is there a discount if I buy more than one?
Yes. Buy 2 and save 15% automatically at checkout.
