Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders are shipped directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- United States: free standard shipping, delivered in 7 to 15 business days.
- Portugal: €5.99, free on orders over €45, delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
- Other countries we ship to: €17.00 flat rate. Delivery times vary by destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs delays.
Order tracking When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update.
Customs and import duties Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at r.confraria28@gmail.com and we will help you, including sending a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost.
Wrong address Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
