30-Day Returns We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to start a return Email us at r.confraria28@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Change of mind If you simply changed your mind, you can return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

EU customers Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This policy does not limit that right.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Cancellations You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
